Becoming a Brand Ambassador at Geninc: training, field work and opportunities

Joining Geninc as a Brand Ambassador means stepping into a structured, supported and stimulating environment, from day one.

Sales coaching, field support, international community, events, recognition of results: here is what the daily life of a Geninc BA really includes.

You're coached from day one, not left to sink or swim

At most companies, your first days look like a silent observation period. At Geninc, it's the opposite. From the moment you arrive, you are coached in sales techniques, not theoretically, but in practice, in the field, with people who have done it before you.

The associations and brands that Geninc represents come directly to train BAs on their missions and values. You don't sell something you don't understand, you represent it, because you know it.

You're never alone in the field

Door-to-door is intimidating. That's normal. But at Geninc, you are supported in the field from the very start. Someone is there, not to do it for you, but to show you how, to observe, to correct, to encourage.

And yes, you do door-to-door. It teaches you to communicate, to build confidence in yourself and to put into practice the skills you are developing. It's not the end goal in itself, it's the fastest school there is for becoming someone at ease in any situation.

The field is serious. But it's not austere.

Games are put in place to make the field more fun. Challenges, internal competitions, team dynamics because a BA who enjoys the work performs better than a BA under pressure.

And outside the field? You are invited to social nights with other BAs. Evenings, dinners, moments that feel nothing like corporate afterwork: real moments, with people who share the same energy as you.

You join a community of 600+ people internationally

This is not a marketing figure. It's 600 Brand Ambassadors across multiple countries, a real network,

connections that last.

Events are regularly organised to bring all BAs together: conferences, summits, collective development moments.

And as you progress, you can take the stage yourself at these events.

What you learn in the field, you pass on. What you live through, you inspire others with.

You are recognised for what you do

At Geninc, progress is visible and rewarded. Awards are given based on your advancement and results, not seniority, not degrees, not family connections. Based on what you actually do, concretely, every day.

It's a meritocratic system. If you perform, it shows. If you surpass yourself, it gets celebrated.

You work in an atmosphere few companies can offer

The Geninc coworking space is a young, dynamic community with an atmosphere that has nothing to do with a fluorescent open-plan office. Ambitious people, motivated people, people who want to go somewhere and who bring others along with them.

And above all: you develop according to your own desires and ambitions. No imposed career plan. No invisible glass ceiling. You go as far as you want to go.

Ready to join?

Training, field work, community, recognition, atmosphere, freedom to grow: at Geninc, everything is in place for you to develop at your own pace and according to your ambitions.

FAQ -

Do you need sales experience to become a Brand Ambassador at Geninc?

No. Geninc coaches its BAs from day one. The desire to learn and motivation matter far more than prior experience.

What does door-to-door actually look like at Geninc?

Brand Ambassadors represent partner associations and brands directly to the public. They are supported in the field, trained on the arguments and values of the organisations they represent.

Is it employment or freelance?

Geninc Brand Ambassadors work under the VDI status — Vendeur à Domicile Indépendant (Independent Direct Seller). This status allows you to work independently without needing to set up your own legal structure. VDIs are remunerated through commissions on sales made, benefit from social coverage, and can carry out this activity as a primary or supplementary income. It is a legally recognised status that offers flexibility and autonomy within a clear legal framework.

How long does it take to progress at Geninc?

It depends entirely on your involvement. Some BAs move quickly into coaching and leadership roles within just a few months.
